Getting started

I know I should use AI but I don't know where to start. Can you help?

Yes, that's exactly what we do. Tell us what's slowing your business down and we'll show you where AI actually fits, and where it doesn't yet. You don't need to know anything about AI to begin.

What does LAIyer Two actually do?

Two ways, plus a hands-on workshop: we get you found when buyers ask AI who to use, we put AI to work behind your day-to-day processes, and we train your team to work AI-first. All three start the same way: we build the layer between your business and the AI - your procedures, your tools, your know-how, in a form the models can use. We start by finding your bottleneck, then point you at the right one.

Why the name LAIyer Two?

It's "Layer" spelled with the AI inside it, because that's where we sit. Layer 1 is what your business needs - the request, the job to be done. Layer 3 is the AI models, which are already good and don't know your business. Layer 2 is everything in between: your procedures, your tools, your know-how, written down in a form AI can use. That layer is what we build.

Do I need to know anything about AI first?

No, and you don't need to have picked a tool either. You describe the work in your own words, we do the translating, and we tell you where AI doesn't earn its place yet.

Get found

What is GEO, or AI search visibility?

It's making sure AI engines like ChatGPT and Google's AI can find, read, and recommend your business when someone asks for what you do. As buyers move from searching to asking, it's becoming how you get found.

Isn't SEO enough?

Not on its own any more. SEO gets you into a list of links. AI search reads, decides, and names a few businesses directly, and being on page one of Google doesn't guarantee AI will mention you.

How do I know if I'm invisible in AI search?

Ask us for a free assessment. We look for the questions your buyers actually ask, then tell you whether you appear, who shows up instead, and what AI says about you.

Put AI to work

What's an AI agent?

It's one of your processes, running itself. Instead of someone doing a repetitive task by hand, an agent does it on its own, on a trigger, and hands anything that needs a real decision to a person.

What's the difference between building one agent and governing my operation?

One agent runs a single process. Governing your operation turns your whole set of procedures into AI skills, with approvals, a full record of every action, and your rules kept yours.

Is my data safe?

You stay in control: your rules and knowledge stay yours, every action is recorded, and anything high-stakes waits for a human. [confirm exact data-handling stance]

Pricing and working together

What does it cost?

The first audit is free. The full audit and specialist session is [price], and done-for-you work is quoted in that session once we've seen the scope. The workshop is $2,500 early bird. Full pricing is on our pricing page, we don't hide it.

Is there lock-in?

[confirm]

Trust and safety

Do you use my data to train AI?

[confirm, and state it plainly]

Who does the work, is it just AI?

Specialists set the strategy and check everything before it goes live. The system does the scale; people do the judgment.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

That's why a human stays in the loop on anything that matters, and why we build with approvals and a full record of every action.
