LAIyer Two
Let's find your bottleneck.
The way customers find you is shifting. So is the way work gets done.
Outside, your customers are asking AI who to use - and it's naming someone. Inside, your team is still doing by hand what AI could take off their plate.
Two questions most businesses can't answer yet When someone asks AI who to use, does it name you - or a competitor? Is AI actually working behind the scenes, making your team faster?
For most, the honest answer is "not really" - not because they're doing it wrong, but because the models don't know their business. What's missing is the layer in between: your procedures, your tools, your know-how, in a form AI can actually use. That's what we build - and we get it done.
Two ways we help you get ahead
When your customers ask AI who to use, make sure the answer is you, not a competitor.
Get foundPut an agent on the work your team shouldn't still be doing by hand - quotes, enquiries, admin. Your team keeps the decisions; AI takes the busywork.
Put AI to workAI does the work. Your team keeps the judgment.
We don't start with a tool and hope it fits. We start with the problem in your business, not the software - the exact place you're losing time or money. Then we build the layer in between: the procedures, the tools and the memory of how your business works, so the AI runs on your rules and not on guesses. Sometimes it's getting found in AI. Sometimes it's putting an agent on the busywork. Sometimes the honest answer is not yet, and we'll tell you that too. Whatever we build runs on your rules, with a person in charge of the decisions that matter.
Your next move
The question isn't what AI can do. It's what it should be doing for you.

Common questions
What does LAIyer Two actually do?
Two things. We get you found when your customers ask AI who to use, and we put agents on the work your team shouldn't still be doing by hand. Both start the same way: we build the layer between your business and the AI - your procedures, your tools, your know-how, in a form the models can use. We start by finding your bottleneck, then point you at the one that matters first.
Why the name LAIyer Two?
It's "Layer" spelled with the AI inside it, because that's where we sit. Layer 1 is what your business needs - the request, the job to be done. Layer 3 is the AI models, which are already good and don't know your business. Layer 2 is everything in between: your procedures, your tools, your know-how, written down in a form AI can use. That layer is what we build, and it's the part that makes the difference between AI that sounds clever and AI that gets your work done.
I know I should use AI but I don't know where to start. Can you help?
Yes, that's exactly what we do. Tell us what's slowing your business down and we'll show you where AI actually fits - and where it doesn't. You don't need to know anything about AI to begin.
Do I need to know anything about AI first?
No, and you don't need to have picked a tool either. You describe the work in your own words and we do the translating. If AI isn't the right answer for a job yet, we'll tell you that instead of selling you something.
How do we work together, and what does it cost?
Four steps, in order.
1. Free assessment - a short conversation to name your bottleneck. Costs nothing.
2. Paid audit - we go deep on that bottleneck and come back with what to fix, how, and what it's worth.
3. Implementation - we build what the audit calls for. Quoted once we've seen the scope.
4. Training, optional - once it's running, we train your team to work with it.
You only move to the next step if the one before it made the case. Every step is priced before it starts.
